Sebastian Tiew is a London-based visual artist and designer whose work critically explores the contemporary condition of media and its role in shaping cultural and creative paradigms. As co-founder of Cream Projects, he investigates emerging technologies and digital imaging tools as both creative mediums and frameworks for critical inquiry. His research-driven practice examines worldbuilding, speculative futures, and the transformative potential of imaging processes through interdisciplinary approaches.

His work engages with the theoretical, aesthetic, and ethical dimensions of digital culture and has been exhibited internationally at the Barbican, SXSW, Abu Dhabi Art, Venice Biennale, Sharjah Art Foundation, London Fashion Week, and Glastonbury Festival.

Angels Alone describes a prison set in the year 2035 where prisoners are rehabilitated through virtual and simulated realities.

It proposes the creation of a third space to facilitate a rehabilitation program inspired by models of open-world role play games, simulation training and virtual therapies.

Completed with Diploma 12 at the Architectural Association in 2018.
